POTATO WEDGES | |
Potatoes 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese Milk Onion salt Pepper Cut raw potatoes in wedges, leaving skins on. Brush open sides with mayonnaise. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with onion salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Mix dip: Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese, equal parts. Thin with a few tablespoons milk. Dip wedges into dip. |
