JEAN BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. plain flour
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

1 c. or 13 sqs. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. 10X sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In small bowl, cut butter into flour and sugar until crumbly. Press in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Combine and mix well all filling ingredients. Spread over partially-baked crust. Return to oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

In small bowl, blend all frosting ingredients until creamy. Spread over bars. Makes 36 bars.
