6-8 medium size sweet potatoes
butter
Marshmallows
1/4 - 1/2 c. brown sugar (or to your taste buds)
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans

Boil potatoes whole. Peel and mash. Add butter and brown sugar to taste. Stir in walnuts or pecans. Top with marshmallows and heat in oven until marshmallows are golden brown.
