1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Walnuts
Brown sugar

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Beat egg, add to milk and stir into dry ingredients. Melt butter in pan in which cake is to be baked. Add to mixture. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
