ITALIAN CHICKEN OR HAM SPAGHETTI 
2 c. slivered cook ham or chicken
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
Salt & 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sliced pitted olives
Black pepper

Lightly saute ham or chicken and garlic in the butter in large skillet. Cook spaghetti as directed. Add to the skillet. Over low heat, stir in cheese, half parsley, eggs and olives. Remove from heat. Toss together with salt and pepper to taste. Place on serving platter. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
