ITALIAN HAM AND BEAN SOUP 
Ham bone
Med. size can tomato sauce
1/2 stick pepperoni
1 qt. of white northern beans
1 lb. cooked shells (small)

Cover ham bone with water and cook for 1 hour. Add tomato sauce, diced pepperoni and beans also add parsley, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 1/2 hour longer then add the cooked shells. Serve.
