POTATO PUFFS 
2 c. cold mashed potatoes
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine potatoes, cheese and onions. Mix thoroughly. Shape into balls, roll in crushed chips. Bake on greased baking sheet in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until brown and crisp. Yield: About 6 medium sized puffs.
