ENRICHED WHITE BREAD | |
10 c. flour, sifted 1 can evaporated milk 1 can water 1 c. warm water 5 eggs 1/3 c. oil 2 tbsp. salt 3 pkg. yeast Place flour and salt in large bowl. Warm milk and oil, add to flour. Then add can of water and eggs to flour mixture. Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of warm water. Add to flour mixture. Knead dough. LIGHTLY flour pastry board and dough when kneading. Place in bowl and cover with a clean towel. Let rise until double in size, 1-2 hours. (If you want a lighter bread, knead again and let rise again.) Divide into 5 loaves. Brush with egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
