1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. canned milk

Mix and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring all the time. Reduce heat and continue to cook 3 more minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until mixture begins to thicken and lose its gloss. Add 1 cup nuts. Drop teaspoonful on waxed paper.
