CALICO SALAD 
1 can peas, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 jar pimento
Purple onion
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
2/3 c. sugar

Mix all together and refrigerate overnight before serving. (I usually mix the vinegar, sugar and oil together and pour over the rest.)
