TOMATO PIE 
1 roll Butter-Me-Not biscuits
2 to 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced and peeled (optional)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Line 11 x 13 Pyrex dish with biscuits. Layer tomatoes. Sauté onion and pepper in butter. Spread on top. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together. Spoon on top. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30 minutes.
