TOMATO PIE 
9-inch pastry shell
Tomato slices (enough to fill 3/4 depth of the shell)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella
3/4 c. shredded cheddar
basil
salt and pepper

Precook-cook pastry shell. Fill shell 3/4 full with tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil. Mix together mayonnaise and cheeses. Add salt and pepper. Pile on top of tomatoes.

Bake 350°F for 30-40 minutes until golden.

Serves 4.
