SEA SHELL MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) container Velveeta cheese or Cheese Whiz
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 slice toasted bread

Melt butter; blend in flour and salt; add milk. Cook to thicken. Stir constantly until thickened. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Cook macaroni as directed. Combine macaroni and sauce in greased casserole. Five minutes before casserole is finished, break bread into pieces and place on casserole. Sprinkle paprika on top before baking. Remove casserole from oven and allow to sit five minutes before serving. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
