BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1 pkg. Buddig sliced smoked beef (2.5 oz.)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can creamy chicken-mushroom soup
4 or 5 butterfly pork chops (or cut meat from bone of reg. pork chops)

Cut the beef into pieces or strips and place in bottom of 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Mix sour cream and undiluted soup together. Place pork chops over beef in baking dish. Pour soup mixture over chops and spread to cover. Bake at 300 degrees, uncovered, until chops are done. Cooking time can be between 2 and 3 hours, depending upon the thickness of chops. Soup topping will be brown.
