LEMON CAKE OR (LIME) 
1 pkg. lemon Jell
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (it is o.k. to use "pudding in the mix" cake mix)
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons

Mix 1 package lemon Jello with hot water. Let stand until cool. Mix cake mix and oil. Beat in one egg at a time. Add Jello mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. While cake is hot, poke holes in top of cake with fork. Pour powdered sugar and lemon juice mixture over cake.
