YAM STREUSEL 
3 c. cooked yams (4 med. potatoes or 1 1/2 lb. can)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Boil and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Put in 9x13 inch greased baking dish.

TOPPING: Melt butter. Mix remaining ingredients; stir in butter. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes, or until topping is brown. Serves 10-12.
