CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (or equal amounts of fresh)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise (lite)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 oz. sharp cheese, grated

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice. Add chopped chicken, broccoli. Add shredded cheese on top. Bake in large pyrex baking dish 30 minutes 350 oven. If mixture seems a little too dry, add small amount of chicken broth to which small amount of flour has been added. 10-12 servings.
