PERFECT PEACH COBBLER 
3 c. sliced fresh or canned peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
6 tbsp. melted butter

Place peaches in a 6 x 10 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sift together dry ingredients. Add egg, toss well with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Top with ice cream or whipped cream.
