POPPY SEED DRESSING 
3/4 c. sugar (can substitute sweetener)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt or salt substitute
1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
1 c. olive oil (can decrease this amt.)
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix sugar, mustard and salt. Add vinegar and stir until ingredients are dissolved. Add other ingredients. Whisk. Refrigerate. Serves: 1 pint. Light dressing to use with greens, orange sections and strawberries.
