CHINESE SALAD 
lg. Napa cabbage, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 pkg. Smack Ramen Noodles, crushed
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. oil

Toast in oven butter, sesame seeds, slivered almonds and crushed Ramen noodles until brown. DO NOT use seasoning packet that comes with noodles. I usually toast in 325 to 350 degree oven using a cake pan. Chill. In a blender mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sugar at least 20 minutes before using. Mix together in large bowl and serve.
