CHINESE SALAD 
1 Napa cabbage
1 bunch onions
1 pkg. slivered almonds
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, omit seasonings
1 stick butter or less

Chop cabbage and onions together the night before. Brown noodles, almonds and sesame seeds in butter. Drain on paper towel. For dressing, mix 1 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar and 2 tablespoons soy sauce; mix well. Put the 3 parts together just before serving.
