CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
6 chicken breasts, boned, grill and cut into chunks; refrigerate
Chinese cabbage (NAPA cabbage or crisp lettuce, cut in long strips
2 pkg. Top Ramen oriental flavor noodles (save both packets for dressing)

Crumble uncooked noodles over the cabbage. Add: 1/2 c. salted sunflower seeds 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds 5 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. rice or cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
Seasoning fro Ramen noodles
Touch of sesame oil

Mix together.
