SUSAN'S SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. soft butter

Mix together all main ingredients; spread evenly into buttered casserole. Cut topping ingredients together. Spread on top of potatoes. Bake at 450 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
