RICHMOND SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. yams, mashed
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 c. coconut, shredded
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour

Mix first 6 ingredients. Spread in a greased casserole. Mix topping and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
