1 lb. can sweet potatoes, drained 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/4 c. butter 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon TOPPING: 1/3 c. butter 3/4 c. corn flakes 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. walnuts Whip the potatoes, add milk, sugar, eggs, butter, nutmeg, and cinnamon; beat. Spread into a greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread on topping and bake for 10 minutes. |
