1 (6 oz.) pkg. Brownberry seasoned croutons (Pepperidge Farm) 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, crumbed 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 8 oz. Swiss cheese slices 3 eggs 2 c. milk In buttered dish (11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch), layer 1/2 package croutons, corned beef and sauerkraut. Top with remaining croutons and Swiss cheese. Beat eggs, add milk and pour over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. |
