BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli
1 sm. onion, chopped or grated
1 can crema of chicken soup
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
1 c. butter
1 c. cheddar cheese

Cook and drain broccoli. Mix all ingredients together except stuffing and butter. Place in 9"x13" dish or pan. Mix stuffing with 1 cup melted butter. Put on top of broccoli and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until as brown as you like it.
