CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
4 c. cooked chicken (4 whole breasts, skinned)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. bread crumbs
Crushed Wheaties or Corn Flakes

Cook broccoli 4 minutes; drain. Cut large stalks in halves. Put broccoli in greased 2 quart casserole then add the chicken. Add mixture of soups, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Melt butter. Add bread crumbs to melt butter. Spread over the casserole contents. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
