GERMAN CHEESE PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg

FILLING:

16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp. sifted flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

CRUST: Sift flour and baking powder. Add sugar and butter. Add egg and mix (don't roll). Work into 10" pie pan or springform pan with hands.

FILLING: Mix cheese and flour well with electric mixer. Add eggs and sugar while beating; add milk and vanilla and mix. Pour into crust and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
