FISH CASSEROLE 
Filet of sole or flounder
Domestic Swiss cheese
Sour cream or plain yogurt
Lemon juice
Chives

Butter a baking dish. Put lemon juice, salt and pepper over fish. Put sliced Swiss cheese over fish. Pour sour cream or yogurt over cheese. Sprinkle paprika and chopped chives on top. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
