4 English muffins, split and lightly toasted
1 sm. jar Pizza Quick sauce (any flavor)
Italian seasoning
1/2 lb. lean hamburger, browned and drained
1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
Pepperoni slices
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

After toasting English muffins, spread each half with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Layer on pepperoni, hamburger, sausage, or any other pizza toppings (olives, mushrooms, etc). Sprinkle each half with grated Mozzarella. Arrange all halves on cookie sheet. Broil under medium hot broiler for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 8 halves.
