DRESSING FOR FRUIT SALAD 
3/4 c. pineapple juice
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Put all the juice together and bring to a boil. Put sugar and cornstarch together; add eggs, beat thoroughly. Add this mixture to juices and cook in double boiler until thick. When cold add 1 pint cream, whipped.
