VEGETABLE - CHEESE PIE 
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sliced (3 to 4 med.) parboiled potatoes
1 c. sliced onions
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed & drained
1 c. (4 oz.) of shredded mild cheese
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg and set aside. Alternating, place 2 layers of potatoes, onions, broccoli and cheese in pie shell. Pour egg mixture over vegetable-cheese layers. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes. Let pie stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 8.
