MOM'S HOMEMADE BUNS 
1 tsp. dry yeast dissolved in 3 c. warm water
1/2 c. soft shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
8 c. flour

Start buns at 5 P.M. in afternoon work down every hour until 10 P.M. then pan. Make into buns or sweet rolls. Bake next morning at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
