BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, mini
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil

Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg, salt together until smooth. Add chocolate chips and set aside. Mix together flour, soda, salt, sugar and cocoa; add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla; beat well.

Spoon batter into paper lined muffin pan until 1/2 full. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture (to almost fill cups). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
