FRUIT SALAD 
2 (#2) cans chunk pineapple
2 (#2) cans mandarin oranges
1 c. grapes (approx.)
Sm. bottle of maraschino cherries, drained
1 banana, sliced or apple, chopped or both
1 vanilla pudding pkg., not instant

Drain pineapple and oranges well. Reserve juice. Make vanilla pudding according to box but use 1 1/2 cups of juice from fruit instead of milk. Cool. Stir into fruit. You can use any kind of canned fruit; just be sure it's well-drained.
