CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 red apples (cored only)
2 oranges, peeled
2 heaping c. cranberries (grind through food chopper)
2 c. sugar
1 rounding tsp. shredded orange peel
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello dissolved in water
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Add together and chill in molds until set. (Makes 4 1/2 cups.)
