1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan or German chocolate cake mix 4 eggs 1 c. milk 2/3 c. oil 1 can Betty Crocker coconut pecan icing 1/2 c. nuts, chopped Mix first 4 ingredients together on medium speed. Add icing to batter, 1/3 at a time, beating on low. Grease and flour Bundt pan and sprinkle nuts on bottom. Pour in batter and bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on rack to cool. |
