HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lb. stew meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat and onions in oil. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and seasoning. Cover and cook until meat is tender, stir occasionally. Blend flour and sour cream. Add slowly to meat mixture. Heat to serving temperature. Serve over noodles. Serves 6-8.
