BRUSSELS SPROUTS AU GRATIN 
10 oz. pkg. frozen brussels sprouts
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt

Simmer 7 minutes. Drain. Turn into greased casserole. Top with:

1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine and sprinkle over casserole:

1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped celery

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
