1 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. flour
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs (separated)
1 can Pet milk (4 oz.)
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 cooked pie shell

Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and salt. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add milk, water and butter. Cook in double boiler or single boiler on low heat until mixture becomes thick. Return to mixer bowl. Beat until creamy. Put in ready cooked pie shell.

MERINGUE:

1 pinch of salt
3 egg whites
2 tbsp. sugar

Add salt to egg whites. Beat until slightly stiff. Add sugar and beat until it looks creamy. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
