1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp,. vanilla
4 c. apples
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and butter; press into spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sugar; mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and pour over crust. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon; spoon apple mixture over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes. Chill before serving.
