LAZY COOK SEAFOOD NEWBURG | |
1 lb. lobster 1 lb. lg. frozen shrimp 1 lb. butter, melted 4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs Parmesan cheese to taste 1 lb. crab meat 3 cans shrimp soup 3 tbsp. sherry Parsley flakes to taste Heat soup in double boiler, add sherry and fish. Mix crumbs with butter and seasonings. Put half of crumb mixture on bottom of large casserole. Add fish and soup mixture and top with rest of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or make ahead and store in refrigerator until baking, just add 10-15 minutes to baking time. |
