Tear newspapers or other absorbent paper into 1" strips or squares and soak them in water. When the paper is soft enough to squeeze through your fingers (about 12 hours) add 2 tablespoons of any paste and mix well. Mold into figures, puppets or cover boxes to form mountains. Let dry and then paint as you wish.
