“CHINESE DUCK SAUCE” IS IN:

CHINESE DUCK SAUCE 
12 oz. plum jelly
6 oz. chutney, finely chopped
4 teaspoons sugar
5 teaspoons vinegar

Blend all ingredients until smooth. This is a popular sweet and sour dipping sauce for duck, egg rolls, pork strips, chicken tenders, etc.
