CHICKEN FLORENTINE 
1 lg. pkg. (or 2 10 oz.) spinach, cooked
2 c. cooked chicken (boil 1 hour), cut into sm. pieces
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Corn flakes

Cook spinach and place in bottom of casserole dish. Place cooked chicken on top of spinach. Melt together: Cream cheese Milk Parmesan cheese

Pour mixture over chicken. Cover with corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
