CHICKEN FLORENTINE 
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken pieces
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. crumbs

Cook spinach about one minute, drain and squeeze dry. Mix spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, soup, lemon juice and curry with chicken. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and top with crumbs. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
