Cook slow for 15 minutes.

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk

Pour into:

1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips for light fudge
1/2 lb. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. pecans
1 pt. marshmallow creme

Makes 5 pounds of light cocoa fudge.
