BEST NO COOK FUDGE 
4 c. 10X sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Gradually add sugar to cream cheese, mixing well each time. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Chill several hours, cut in squares.

This was great easy recipe. However I had to double it to have enough for 8×8 pan because folks I am sending to dont like nuts. Also, I chose to substitute 1/2 stick (2 ounces/1/4 cup) of butter for 2 ounce of cream cheese in order to get buttery taste. Since I doubled recipe I used 12 ounces of cream cheese and 4 ounces of butter. It was wonderful!
