NO COOK FUDGE 
7 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. pecan pieces, optional

Melt butter. Stir in cocoa and blend well. Add egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in sugar (about a cup at a time). Add nuts. Press into buttered 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan. Chill 15 minutes and serve.
